1) Shipping and Delivery Options

2) Processing Time
Order processing time varies widely and is never guaranteed. At Vivid Optics Retrofit LLC we strive to exceed expectations and give you the best possible outcome from our services. We will not ship a product to a customer until the product has been fully inspected and tested to ensure it is in good working condition.
Custom Build Services: On average, for services performed and products installed, total turn around time until final product is shipped is around 3-4 weeks from the day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. All Custom products ordered that are labeled "Lighting Trends" require a 7-10 week turn around time from the day of purchase. This turn around time factors in time for: supplier product and material shipment to Vivid Optics Retrofit, processing time and time for services being performed. Time for services being performed varies depending on how much work is being done and what products are being installed on certain vehicles. Vivid Optics Retrofit requests a shipment of retrofit products and materials for an order only after that order is submitted. Until Vivid Optics Retrofit LLC receives the products and materials from suppliers, product availability from suppliers, supplier processing times and shipping times are all out of our control. If products are taking too long and you'd like to cancel, please review our cancellation policy. Once the product has been handed to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be added to your customer account and/or sent to the contact info provided.
Prebuilt Products: On Average, turn around time until products are shipped is around 5-7 business days from the day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. This turn around time can vary depending on inventory levels and order volume.
3) Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing time is 3-5 business days. After this processing time, the order cannot be canceled. If there are any questions or need help with canceling an order manually, please contact us. For more information on cancellations, please refer to our refund policy.
4) Returns
For services performed and products installed, all sales are final and no returns are accepted. For more information on returns, please refer to our refund policy.
5) Delayed Orders
Shipping provider delays, product availability and unforeseen events while performing custom services do not fall under Vivid Optics Retrofit LLC's Liability. For any delayed orders, please contact us at Sales@VividOpticsRetrofit.com or contact the shipping carrier directly if the product is already shipped.
6) Damaged Orders
Vivid Optics Retrofit is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance in filing a claim if shipping insurance was purchased.
7) Shipping
Please contact us at Sales@VividOpticsRetrofit.com for shipping instructions if you choose to ship your light housings to us for custom modifications.
For Vivid Optics custom retrofitted sets: Local drop off and pickup are available upon request by appointment only. To schedule an appointment to drop off or pick up products, please contact us on our website or email us at Sales@VividOpticsRetrofit.com. Vivid Optics Retrofit LLC is not liable to pay for any shipping costs incurred for products shipped.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
